Our Marketing team is the creative force behind the development of our products and services and ultimately offering them to the market. They communicate externally through a number of different mediums and provide the contact between our customers and our business, by communicating the IWTC brand and managing our customer relationships. Working on our marketing team can involve marketing existing products, developing new products to cater for consumer demand, or developing markets for new products or services.
Our marketing team members may perform the following tasks:
- identify and analyze the organization’s strengths and weaknesses, and respond to opportunities and threats in the marketing environment
- set goals for market share and growth
- develop and implement appropriate strategies by selecting, segmenting and targeting markets, and promoting products and services to those markets
- make decisions regarding products
- work on developing new products
- work out an approach to pricing and set prices for products and services
- manage agency image or undertake direct marketing
- develop plans for advertising, sales promotion, public relations, personal selling and sales management
- undertake marketing audits to monitor sales performance
- e-marketing/e-commerce and social media management
Marketing involves working with, and gaining the cooperation of, people in ALL areas of the organization as well as building and managing relationships with outside partners and customers.
